No workshop visit needed.
Send your VIN on WhatsApp. After confirmation, order for €120 and choose a time in the calendar. We’ll confirm by email. Have ENET, a laptop with AnyDesk and internet ready. Put the vehicle in diagnostic mode, latch the driver’s seat belt and make sure the vehicle battery is charged; use a suitable external power supply if the battery is weak. Stay with your vehicle during the 20-minute session while the operator installs and checks the feature.

No. We install remotely through your laptop. You connect the ENET cable and stay with the car.
Is my chosen time confirmed immediately?
Your selected time is a request until confirmed. If we agree a time on WhatsApp, we can confirm it without asking you to click again.
What if I miss my session?
You can reschedule free of charge. Missing a session does not qualify for a refund; your purchased installation remains available. This does not limit your statutory rights.
Will I receive preparation instructions?
Yes. Once your order is paid and your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email with the session date and instructions for your ENET cable, laptop and AnyDesk. Before the session, put the vehicle in diagnostic mode, latch the driver’s seat belt and make sure the vehicle battery is charged. If the battery is weak, connect a suitable external power supply.
